RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope every WUSHU object arrives as expected. If you would like to request a return, email jinc6835@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unlit and in their original condition and packaging. For safety reasons, candles or scented products that have been lit, used or materially altered cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

Please contact us before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. We will provide the return instructions and address after approving the request.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. When the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Change-of-mind returns

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, customs duties and taxes are not refundable unless required by applicable law. We recommend using a tracked return service.

Cancellations

To request a cancellation or address change, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We will do our best to help, but an order cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been dispatched.

Refunds

We will inspect an approved return after it arrives. If accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
