SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing times may be longer during holidays, new releases or unusually high order volumes. If a product requires additional preparation time, this will be stated on its product page.

Delivery estimates

International delivery usually takes 7–20 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs inspections, local carrier delays or peak seasons may extend delivery to 15–30 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking number after dispatch. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Shipping charges, duties and taxes

 Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Unless the checkout clearly states otherwise, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by the destination country.

Address changes

Please check your address carefully before placing an order. To request a correction, email jinc6835@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Delays, loss and damage

International shipping can be affected by customs, weather, carrier disruptions and other events outside our reasonable control. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us and we will help investigate. For an item that arrives damaged, follow our Returns & Refunds policy and contact us within 7 days with photos.
