TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

This website and online store are operated by 义乌市道也电子商务商行 (Yiwu Daoye E-commerce Firm) under the brand WUSHU. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WUSHU. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete account, billing and delivery information and for protecting your account credentials.

2. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, textures and handmade details may vary slightly because of screen settings, natural materials and small-batch production. Product descriptions, availability and prices may be updated without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been successfully processed. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions or breach of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount received. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

4. PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES AND DUTIES

Prices and available currencies are shown at checkout. Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties and import fees may be added or collected separately as disclosed at checkout or required by the destination country. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather and other events outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, damaged items and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

7. SAFE AND LAWFUL USE

You may use the site only for lawful personal or household purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, collect information without permission, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate another person, or use our products or content for unlawful purposes. The WUSHU name, website design, original text, photography, artwork, graphics and other content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. 9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to offer our products. We may also use payment, analytics, delivery and other third-party services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Purchases from this store are made directly with WUSHU, not Shopify. We are not responsible for third-party websites reached through external links.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and service providers in countries other than your own where necessary to operate the store, process payments and deliver orders.

11. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK
